Taylor Kiser finished third in the GNCC XC1 pro class in 2011– his eight year racing the GNCC series and his fourth year as a pro. A member of the Ballance Race Team, Kiser has been competing since he was 15-years-old and attributes his rise to the GNCC podium to “lots and lots and lots of hard work.”
Kiser’s dad got him started on ATVs, and what began as a father-son past time naturally evolved into weekends at the track.
“I really enjoy the competition and the great environment at the ATV races,” Kiser says. “There aren’t many other forms of racing that have the same relaxed friendly environment.”
Kiser says his parents have always largely influenced and supported his racing, but more recently, “Bill Ballance has helped me in great ways. He has been there to help guide me and offer advice.”
“I have stayed very dedicated to training, riding and making sure that I have the best possible equipment on the starting line. My Bill Ballance Edition Yamaha YFZ450X is the most comfortable, smoothest riding quad I have ever been on!”
